Monday Appetizers
Herbed Chicken & Hearty Wild Grain Soup:
A comforting broth-based soup with tender shredded chicken, wild grains, celery, carrots and fresh herbs.
Maple-Roasted Fall Greens Chop:
Chopped kale, roasted sweet potato, crisp apples, dried cranberries, toasted pumpkin seeds and feta tossed in a maple vinaigrette.
Monday Entrees
Citrus-Herb Grilled Chicken:
Grilled chicken over farro pilaf with steamed asparagus roasted carrots
Balsamic-Braised Short Rib:
Served with sweet potato mash, caramelized onions, and kale
Argentinian Chimichurri Steak Bowls:
Seared sliced steak over warm garlic rice with roasted peppers, charred corn and a bright homemade chimichurri.
Sweet Soy Glazed Salmon with Stir-Fry Veg & Rice:
Sweet soy glaze with cabbage, peppers, and carrots.
Southern Shrimp & Grits:
Seared shrimp with smoked andouille sausage, served over creamy stone-ground grits with scallion butter sauce and braised collard greens.
Creamy Tuscan Chicken & Orzo Skillet:
Seared chicken simmered with orzo, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan in a rich but easy one-skillet cream sauce.

Wednesday Appetizers

Tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, Kalamata olives, bell pepper and feta with a simple red wine vinaigrette.
Wednesday Entrees
Red snapper stuffed with Caribbean rice and sautéed cabbage
Prosciutto & Honey-Whipped Ricotta Flatbread:
Crispy flatbread topped with honey-whipped ricotta, shaved prosciutto, roasted cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Beef Stroganoff with Egg Noodles:
Tender beef strips in a creamy mushroom sauce, served over egg noodles with a side of roasted Brussels sprouts.

We have separated each day into individual entrée options that will allow more flexibility in ordering so that you can choose the items that will best suit your family's preferences! Note that we deliver on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Each delivery day provides you with two dinners.
