By purchasing or using any services, templates, or tools provided by OS Financial LLC (“the Company”), the user agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the accompanying Disclaimer. If the user does not agree to these terms, the services should not be used or purchased.
All materials provided by OS Financial LLC, including but not limited to tools, templates, dashboards, and related content, are licensed for the sole use of the purchaser for their intended purposes. This license covers both personal and business use (including use by couples) as specified at the time of purchase or under any applicable agreement.
Without the Company’s explicit written consent, the user may not:
i. Share, resell, or distribute any of the tools or templates.
ii. Modify or redistribute the tools or templates for commercial purposes.
iii. Upload, host, or make the materials publicly accessible on any online platform.
The services and tools offered by OS Financial LLC are designed solely to enhance financial management by assisting in tracking income and expenses, developing budgeting and savings strategies, and providing analytics and insights. These services are not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice. Users are solely responsible for consulting with appropriately licensed professionals for advice specific to their individual circumstances.
4. Data Access and Confidentiality
OS Financial LLC may access and use certain transaction-related data such as dates, merchant names, amounts, and transaction identifiers. No highly sensitive personal data (for example, full bank account numbers or Social Security numbers) is collected.
OS Financial LLC will use collected data solely for the purpose of providing or improving its services. The Company will not sell or disclose user data to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. Reasonable security measures are implemented to safeguard the data against unauthorized access.
4.3 Data Accuracy and User Responsibility
Data retrieved from third-party sources may be incomplete or subject to error. Users are advised to verify critical financial information independently. The Company disclaims any liability arising from inaccuracies in the data provided.
4.4 Data Retention and Deletion
In compliance with the Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA), upon unsubscribing or termination of your account, all personal data will be permanently deleted from our active records within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes. This deletion process ensures that your personal data is not retained beyond the necessary period.
4.5 Your Privacy is Our Priority
At OS Financial LLC, we understand that privacy is a top concern, especially when it comes to your financial information. We want to assure you that while we, as administrators, have access to your Google Sheets, this access is strictly limited to administrative and support purposes only.
Why We Require Access:
i. Ensuring Accuracy and Security: Admin access allows us to help troubleshoot any issues, verify calculations, and ensure that your financial data is securely managed. This access is essential to maintaining the accuracy and reliability of the financial insights we provide.
ii. Your Data, Your Control: While we have access, we do not monitor your daily transactions or review individual entries unless you specifically request support. Our role is to ensure the smooth functioning of your financial dashboard and to assist you only when needed.
iii. Professional Integrity: We uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy, similar to how financial institutions manage sensitive data. Our access is strictly professional and used solely to enhance the service we provide to you.
iv. Transparency and Security: All your data remains private and secure. Google Sheets offers encryption and access control, and we never share your information with third parties. Your trust is incredibly important to us, and we are committed to maintaining it.

Due to the digital and customizable nature of the provided tools and templates, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once payment has been received. However, users may cancel their subscription at any time through Stripe’s billing system. In the event of a cancellation, access to the services will continue until the end of the current paid period, and no further charges will be incurred. For annual subscriptions, if a cancellation is made during the subscription term, the subscription will remain active until the end of the annual period, with no prorated refunds provided.
All materials provided by OS Financial LLC, including tools, templates, and related content, are the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized duplication, distribution, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable copyright laws.
OS Financial LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
i. The use or misuse of the tools, templates, or services provided.
ii. Any financial decisions made by the user based on the information or guidance provided.
iii. Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any data provided, regardless of whether such errors stem from user entry or third-party sources.
iv. Any loss of profit or revenue, loss of data, or other intangible losses.
Furthermore, the user acknowledges that the platform and services provided by OS Financial LLC are not immune to errors or inaccuracies. Users understand and agree that the system is provided on an "as-is" basis, and OS Financial LLC makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information offered. It is the user’s sole responsibility to verify all information independently before making any significant financial, legal, or business decisions. OS Financial LLC expressly disclaims all liability arising from any inaccuracies or errors in the platform or data provided, and the user assumes full responsibility for any consequences resulting from reliance on such information.
OS Financial LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of the services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Consent and Acknowledgment
By using OS Financial LLC’s services, the user acknowledges that:
i. The tools and templates provided are intended solely to assist in financial management and do not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
ii. The Company shall not be held responsible for any financial decisions made using its tools, nor for any errors or inaccuracies in the data provided.
iii. The user consents to OS Financial LLC accessing transaction data and understands that data accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
iv. The user assumes all responsibility for consulting with licensed professionals when necessary.
The information, tools, templates, and services provided by OS Financial LLC are offered on an "as-is" basis without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. OS Financial LLC makes no representation or warranty that the information provided is accurate, complete, or current. In no event shall OS Financial LLC be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use of these services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Users are solely responsible for verifying any information obtained through these tools before making any financial decisions. OS Financial LLC’s offerings are intended for educational and informational purposes only and do not replace professional advice from certified financial, legal, or tax professionals. By using these services, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OS Financial LLC and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from the user’s reliance on the provided information.
