Terms and Conditions Agreement
General Terms anD Conditions:
-Mountain Memories Vacations in not responsible for unforeseen events, such as accidents, injuries, or terrorism.
-Mountain Memories Vacations is not responsible for missed connections, schedule changes, or aircraft changes.
-Mountain Memories Vacations is not responsible for cancelations due to acts of God (storms, hurricanes, blizzards, floods etc.)
_Mountain Memories Vacations is not responsible for damage done to rentals (hotel, cabin, etc.) by client.
Mountain Memories Vacations may charge a change or cancelations fee.
-Mountain Memories Vacations reserves the right to deny any changes to bookings, within reason.
-Mountain Memories Vacations will accept credit cards, PayPal, or personal checks.
-Mountain Memories Vacations will process all payments through square where a 3.3% credit card fee will be charged.
Travel Documents Required:
-Client is responsible for having the correct travel documents, such as ID, passport, visas, and birth certificate.
Other Terms and Conditions:
-Rates are subject to change without notice until booking is made.
-A quote does not lock in your rates and can only be guaranteed for 30 days.
-Mountain Memories Vacations arrange travel for clients including transportation, accommodations, tours, and activities.
-Mountain Memories Vacations will also advise clients on the destination, culture, customs, and weather.
-Mountain Memories Vacations will be available for light support during you trip (itinerary troubles, change in itinerary, trouble with tickets, etc.)
