Le poste est rattaché à l'équipe Investor Relations, en charge des efforts de levée de fonds du Groupe. Ce département est organisé en trois pôles distincts :
👉 Marketing & Product Development est responsable de la production de la documentation commerciale des fonds, de la réponse aux appels d'offres (RFPs) et aux questionnaires de due diligence.
👉 Client Coverage en charge du développement et de l'entretien des relations avec les investisseurs (LPs).
👉 Client Services (votre future équipe) gère les processus de souscription des investisseurs puis assure le suivi de leurs demandes tout au long de leur investissement dans nos fonds. L'équipe Client Services s'occupe de l'onboarding des LPs et veille à ce que toutes les demandes des investisseurs soient traitées et prises en charge de manière adéquate en offrant la meilleure expérience possible à nos clients.
En rejoignant l'équipe Client Services Institutionnel, composée de quatre professionnels à Paris (Lionel, François, Victor et Nathalie), vous serez au cœur de la relation avec les LPs. Vous échangerez quotidiennement avec divers collaborateurs issus de différents départements du Groupe notamment la conformité, le légal, les opérations, le marketing et l'investissement.
Le/la stagiaire participera à deux grandes missions :
⚡ Collecte et analyse des documents KYC des investisseurs
⚡ Suivi des demandes de transferts investisseurs
⚡ Mise à jour des dossiers KYC dans le cadre des remédiations réglementaires
⚡ Préparation des revues de portefeuille et analyse des flux de trésorerie des clients
⚡ Participer à l’organisation d’événements investisseurs tels que les comités consultatifs et les assemblées générales annuelles
⚡ Aider à répondre aux questionnaires ESG et à la coordination avec les équipes internes
⚡ Créer des rapports de données et gérer le CRM (Salesforce)

The position is part of the Investor Relations team, which is responsible for the Group's fund-raising efforts. This department is organised into three distinct areas:
👉 Marketing & Product Development is responsible for producing commercial documentation for funds, responding to RFPs and due diligence questionnaires. The team also steers the project management of fundraising in coordination with the internal teams involved (sales, investment, legal, compliance, etc.).
👉 Client Coverage in charge of developing and maintaining investor relations (LPs).
👉 Client Services (your future team) manages investors' subscription processes and then follows up on their requests throughout their investment in our funds. The Institutional Client Services team handles the onboarding of institutional LPs in the funds, ensuring that all requests from institutional investors are handled and taken care of appropriately.
By joining the Institutional Client Services team, which consists of four professionals in Paris (Lionel, François, Victor and Nathalie), you will be at the heart of the relationship with the funds' Limited Partners. On a daily basis, you will interact with a variety of staff from different departments within the Group, such as the investment teams, the legal department and client coverage, among others.
The Investor Relations - Institutional Client Services trainee will be involved in two broad categories of tasks: "Take on" tasks which include supporting Eurazeo clients investing in our funds (from the decision to their Investment Committee to the signature phase), and "Take care" tasks which include overseeing client relationship management and responding to any investor queries.
⚡ Collect and analyse KYC documents (PEP screening, client profile, risk exposure)
⚡ Monitor investor transfers (transfer forms, NAV coordination, internal coordination)
⚡ Update KYC files as part of regulatory remediation processes
⚡ Prepare portfolio reviews and analysis of client cash flows
⚡ Participate in the organization of Advisory Committees and Annual General Meetings
⚡ Support ESG-related investor requests and coordinate with internal teams
⚡ Create data reports and manage CRM (Salesforce)
