Negotiate deals and close transactions.

2. Property Owners and Real Estate Agencies Team
π Focus: Engage with property owners and real estate agencies to source exclusive listings.

Build relationships with property owners and agencies.
Present Titans Estate as the preferred partner for selling properties.
Negotiate terms and secure exclusive deals.
Collaborate with the buyers' team to match properties with interested parties.
