Waiver and Release of Liability By signing up or attending any class/session provided by QAWIYAT, you acknowledge and agree to the following: - I understand that physical exercise can be strenuous and carries the risk of injury. - I confirm that I have either consulted with a medical professional or am voluntarily choosing to participate in these sessions at my own risk. - I waive and release QAWIYAT, its trainers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from injury or death that may occur as a result of participation. - I agree to inform the trainer of any medical conditions or injuries prior to participating in any session. - I am participating voluntarily and understand the nature of the sessions offered. Terms and Conditions: Refund Policy: Class passes are non-refundable. Attendance: Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Doors will open 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Doors will be closed at the class start time, and no entry will be permitted once the class has commenced Class Pass Expiry:

5-Class Pass is valid for 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

10-Class Pass is valid for 8 weeks from the date of purchase. Conduct: Respectful and appropriate behaviour is expected in all sessions. Segregation: Classes are strictly segregated by gender. Please respect this rule.
