Roger Huang, Project Director at Division of Technology Industry Development & Service, ITRI Southern Region Campus.

Roger Huang is responsible for providing DX (Digital Transformation) consulting services for business and public departments, linking resources for startup incubation, and participating in national-level ICT development strategy formulation.

Roger Huang has industry analysis experience in mobile, broadband, IoT and applications for many years. Previously, Roger Huang was the director of DIGITIMES Research. Roger Huang had conducted several industry strategy development projects for the Taiwanese government. He also led several corporate/group strategy development projects for top electronics companies. Roger’s passion lies in baseball, and he dedicates the majority of his leisure hours to the sport, frequently engaging in games and practices.

Sandra Golbreich, a Founding Partner at Baltic Sandbox Accelerator and a GP at BSV Ventures.
For the past several years, Sandra has been actively engaged in lecturing activities, working with students and business managers / corporate innovators in "Innovation and Investment Academy" by BMI, ISM University of Management and Economics, Vilnius University Business School, etc. She also co-founded "Business Angel School" – a set of educational programs for the EU business angels. Over 150 angels graduated from the programs, alumni invested over €3M in startups and won "Angel of the Year" nominations in different countries.
