Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary
A Private Ministry Association
Membership Application & PMA Agreement
Last updated: July 1, 2025
By joining Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary (“RBS,” “Association”)—whether via this form, any RBS website, social-media group, or event—you agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement as follows:
Private Business Platform
We provide a private forum under the UDHR, U.S. Constitution, and historic charters for member-to-member business, education, and ministry.
All activities are strictly in the private domain; nothing shared may be disclosed without written consent.
We honor right relations with Creator, Community, and Currency through shared agreements, clear communication, and established protocols.
Spiritual Foundation & Unalienable Rights
God is first; loyalty to God begets loyalty to one another and fair, honorable treatment.
We affirm un-alienable rights as recognized in:
Magna Carta Libertatum (1215)
Charter of the Forest (1217)
Articles of Confederation (1781)
U.S. Constitution (1787)
Universal Declaration of Human Rights
Canadian Charter of Rights
These guarantee freedom of religion, speech, petition, assembly; protection from unreasonable search/seizure; the right against self-incrimination; and other core liberties.
We exercise “freedom of association” and “life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness” solely within the private domain, outside governmental jurisdiction for internal matters.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Absolute Privacy: All communications, materials, discussions, and PMA documents—whether in person, online, or recorded—are strictly confidential.
No Sharing Without Consent: Requires both:
A written authorization signed by all parties, specifying exactly what may be shared.
A written approval from the RBS Council.
Survives Termination: These obligations remain in force even after membership ends.
Member Rights & Freedoms
You may choose from whom you accept counsel—physical, spiritual, mental-health, legal, or otherwise—and receive only advice you deem wise.
You enjoy full freedom to seek any private-domain assistance you wish.
Mission & Inclusion
Our mission is to provide members a private forum for business and education, preserving all constitutional protections.
We welcome any Indigenous natural person of Earth—of any race, color, or religion—who agrees to these principles, provided they are not sanctioned or banned by the Association.
Membership Conduct & Accountability
Honor free will, consent, non-aggression, and “love thy neighbor; do no harm.”
Maintain integrity and accountability in words, thoughts, and actions.
Refrain from posting about RBS activities on social media without written Council approval.
Take ownership of all projects you commit to; communicate any support needs to the Council.
Conflict Resolution Protocol
Step 1: Direct Communication
Privately and respectfully raise the issue with the person involved.
Clearly state your concern, experience, and desired resolution.
Step 2: Peer Mediation

Private-Law Status & Legal Waivers
RBS functions under Common Law as a Private Ministry Association; activities are private contractual matters, not subject to governmental enforcement agencies.
By this Agreement you waive any external grievance rights; all disputes are resolved internally per §7.
You agree not to pursue legal action against a member unless exposed to clear and present danger—and only upon Council recommendation and approval.
