Notice to All External Parties
This is a private agreement and association among living men and women, under the authority of common law, natural law, divine law, and under exclusive ecclesiastical jurisdiction. All activities, information, and records are private, not subject to any governmental, corporate, or administrative oversight, except where unanimously and expressly consented to in writing by the Association’s Council, or as strictly compelled by law.
Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals: Any notice, disclosure, or communication delivered to a member or agent of a public or private entity constitutes notice and service to that entity’s principal(s) as well.
Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction & Founding Trust
Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary operates exclusively under the authority, jurisdiction, and law of the ecclesia and private trust, in pursuit of its spiritual and religious mission. All governance, activities, property, assets, and records are ecclesiastical and private, not subject to civil or statutory interference, except where unanimously and expressly waived by the Council, or otherwise required by divine law. The Association exists as an extension of its founding ecclesiastical trust. All rights and assets are held solely for the benefit of its membership.
Spiritual Foundation & Guiding Principles
• Our highest ethic and foundation is the Golden Rule: Love God with all your heart, and treat your neighbor as yourself—do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
• Every relationship and promise within this Association is governed by the universal law of good faith and fair dealing.
• We honor the Creator, our community, and the unalienable right of each member to life, liberty, and happiness within our private domain.
• Our rights are affirmed in the Magna Carta, Articles of Confederation, U.S. Constitution, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and other foundational charters.
• Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary never operates as, nor claims the benefits of, any corporation, government franchise, or public entity. Its being arises exclusively from the express private will of its members and Council under spiritual and trust law.
Lawful Foundation & Authority
The Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary Private Ministry Association (PMA) is built upon foundational spiritual, natural, and constitutional law. Our right to private association, confidential worship, and internal governance is upheld and protected by law and Supreme Court precedent, including but not limited to:
Foundational Case Law:

Confirmed protection under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) for bona fide religious organizations to use sacramental plant medicines in accordance with their sincere spiritual belief and practice.
Foundational Charters:
These precedents, along with the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, Articles of Confederation, Magna Carta, and Universal Declaration of Human Rights, provide the basis and lawful guarantee for the sanctuary, autonomy, and privacy of all members and activities of Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary.
Foundational Charters & Provisions: The following foundational charters explicitly affirm and guarantee the lawful basis for the sanctuary, autonomy, and privacy of all members and activities of Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary:
First Amendment, U.S. Constitution (1791):
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
Articles of Confederation, Article IV (1781):
"The better to secure and perpetuate mutual friendship and intercourse among the people of the different States in this Union, the free inhabitants of each of these States… shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of free citizens in the several States…."
Magna Carta, Section 1 (1215):
"First, that we have granted to God, and by this our present Charter have confirmed, for us and our heirs for ever, that the English Church shall be free, and shall have her rights entire, and her liberties inviolate…"
Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948):
• Article 18:
"Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance."

"Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind…"
Association Structure & Private Status
• This is a Private Ministry Association (PMA) existing purely by private contract.
• Membership is by invitation and mutual agreement only.
• Entry upon Sanctuary property or access to resources signifies acceptance of this Agreement and all posted terms.
Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary Guiding Principles
1. Integrity & Right Relations
I live by natural law, cultivating honesty, transparency, and clear communication. I enter agreements with mutual consent and honor my commitments with personal accountability, seeking and offering support as needed. I approach all members with compassion, release judgment, and use medicines and resources responsibly.
2. Sovereignty & Self-Responsibility
I uphold my inherent freedom and the Sanctuary’s guiding principles, maintain my well-being through spiritual and bodily care, and take responsibility for my emotions, choices, and learning.
3. Stewardship & Service
I serve truth, honor the Creator and the Earth, and participate sincerely in community ritual and prayer. I lead and contribute with humility, check in with others before acting, and communicate needs or capacity clearly.
4. Respect & Community Harmony
I honor the wisdom and innocence of both elders and children, foster safe spaces for honest expression, respect boundaries, and actively repair separation or discord. I remember that what I give to others, I give to myself.
5. Contribution & Learning
I engage in collective work and service, share knowledge, honor our elders and stewards, and uphold the Sanctuary’s vision through time, energy, and conscious participation.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
• Absolute Privacy: All communications, materials, and internal matters are strictly confidential.
• No Outside Disclosure: No information may be shared externally without explicit, written consent from all affected parties and the Council.
• NDA/Survivability: Confidentiality obligations survive membership and are enforceable by injunctive relief, liquidated damages, and removal.
Private Dispute Resolution (“Ecclesiastical Tribunal”)
All claims or disputes arising from Association membership or this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively and privately within the Association, through the Ecclesiastical Tribunal (Council or a Private Arbitration Panel appointed by Council). No party may involve civil, statutory, or governmental forums without unanimous written Council consent, except where strictly compelled by law after all private remedies have been exhausted.
Arbitration Tribunal Structure
• Any Tribunal/Panel will include at least one Council member and a mutually acceptable neutral party.
• Tribunal decisions are final and binding within the Association.
Conflict Resolution Protocol
• Direct Discussion: Resolve issues directly and respectfully first.
• Peer Mediation: Next, request peer mediation via

• Council/Tribunal Review: Submit unresolved matters to the Council/Ecclesiastical Tribunal.
• Consequences: Continued violation may result in expulsion.
Privacy, Data, and Jurisdiction
Privacy & Jurisdiction
All activities, agreements, and records remain within ecclesiastical and private contract law, not subject to any governmental or corporate authority except where expressly unanimously waived or strictly compelled by fundamental law.
Liquidated Damages: The penalty for unauthorized disclosure of confidential Association matters is not less than $300,000, or as stipulated by the Council.
Jurisdiction Preservation: Nothing herein shall be construed as consent, submission, or acquiescence to the jurisdiction of any civil, statutory, or governmental body, except by explicit unanimous, written waiver by the Council.
• Data Protection: Minimal data is collected, used only for internal purposes, and never sold or shared without explicit consent.
• Notice of Withdrawal: Any member may withdraw at any time by notice to

Hold Harmless, Indemnification & Good Faith
• Members agree to hold the Association, its trustees, officers, Council, members, and agents harmless from all claims arising from participation except in cases of clear willful misconduct.
• Every member is bound by good faith and fair dealing in every Association relationship and undertaking.
Membership, Property, and Special Disclosure
• Membership is a privilege extended solely to natural men and women agreeing to these principles.
• Required Law Enforcement/Secret Affiliation Disclosure: By signing, you affirm that you are not now nor have been affiliated with any law enforcement, investigatory/intelligence agency, or secret society. Any status or changes must be disclosed in writing to the Council. Non-disclosure is a material breach.
• Private Property Notice: All Sanctuary land, buildings, and platforms are private, for members only. No agency, entity, or person may enter, observe, or participate without specific, unanimous Council approval.
Intellectual Property
All Association resources and materials remain its exclusive property. They are for members’ personal benefit and may not be disseminated without Council consent.
Non-Discrimination and Member Conduct
• Membership is open to all natural men and women who agree to these terms; discrimination and harassment are not tolerated.
• Members honor free will, non-aggression, consent, and personal responsibility.
Amendments and Corporate Disclaimer
• This Agreement may be amended only by written Council notice and approval.
• The Sanctuary is not a public corporation, government franchise, or legal entity deriving status or benefits from any government or public agency.
Severability
If any part or provision is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect to the maximum extent possible.
Remedies and Enforcement
Breach of confidentiality, privacy, or trust will result in expulsion and stipulated liquidated damages, and may be enforced in binding private arbitration or any competent court of common law.
Acknowledgment
I have read, understand, and accept the principles and membership conditions, including confidentiality, dispute resolution, indemnification, and disclosure terms, in full, and enter into this Agreement freely.
