We’re looking for a multi-talented marketer who can own social, PPC, Meta ads, SEO, and more for our fast-growing roster of B2B, SaaS, and eCommerce clients. Skills & Experience:
- 2–4 years in digital marketing at a B2B agency, SaaS company, or eCommerce brand.
- Proven results in paid social & PPC (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Hands-on with SEO (technical, on-page, off-page) and content optimization.
- Confident running multi-channel campaigns (email, retargeting, CRO/landing pages).
- Solid copy chops - can write scroll-stopping ad hooks and keyword-focused meta tags.
- Data-driven mindset: you trust metrics, attribution, and A/B testing over hunches.
- Comfortable meeting and presenting to US-based clients (overlaps US business hours).
(Bonus points for: Canva/creative suite skills, marketing automation, or Shopify build experience, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Ads Manager, Looker Studio, HubSpot/Marketo.)
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan & execute omni-channel campaigns that hit client KPIs for traffic, leads, and revenue.
- Manage Meta & Google Ads accounts end-to-end: audience research, ad creative, budget pacing, and bid optimization.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, build keyword maps, and oversee on-page fixes & link-building.
- Own social media calendars: schedule posts, engage communities, and repurpose high-performing content.
- Build and iterate on landing pages / funnels; test CTAs, headlines, and creatives for conversion lift.
- Report & iterate: pull weekly dashboards, translate insights into clear next steps, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices—be our in-house trend radar.
