Studio Waiver

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the following terms and conditions regarding the use of the music studio located at 2067 West Shawna ave. Coeur d'Alene, ID 8184.

Release of Liability: I understand and acknowledge that I am using the music studio at my own risk, and that the property owner and any other individuals or entities associated with the studio are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of my use of the studio.

Responsibility for Equipment: I agree to be solely responsible for any and all equipment provided to me for use in the studio, and to report any damage or malfunctioning of said equipment to [Name of Owner] immediately. I also agree to pay for any repairs or replacements that may be necessary due to my misuse or negligence.

Respect for the Space: I agree to leave the music studio in the same condition as it was when I arrived, and to clean up after myself and any other individuals who may be using the space with me. I will not use the studio for any illegal or inappropriate activities, and I will respect the rights of any other individuals who may be in the area.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Robert Frazer] and any other individuals or entities associated with the music studio from any and all claims, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from my use of the studio.

This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions of this waiver, and that I agree to be bound by them.
