Scroll DAO - Community Council Application

This form is to apply for the Community Council. You are welcome to apply as an individual, as a joint-application (2 individuals), or as a group/organization (mainly thinking professional delegates or service providers of some form). As outlined in the relevant proposal and discussion, this role will be a 6 month at roughly 10-hours per week. There will be a stipend of XX,XXX SCR for the 6 months associated with this role. While the Foundation is conducting the hiring process for this council, we have committed to the DAO to share a report on who applied, who we chose, and why. The DAO will have a chance to veto any decision that the gov team makes. In order to aid that process, we are requesting to share applications.
