We started Octopus Recruitment Collective because the way recruitment is done today is broken. It’s too focused on filling roles, ticking boxes, and rushing through processes, leaving people behind.

We believe recruitment should be about people, not transactions. We’re done with the cold, disconnected approaches that strip away the human element.

What You Get with ORC

Every close costs a 5% bounty for ORC members, and you're able to join by sharing both candidates and accounts. While the community itself is free to join, we expect each member to contribute and add real value.

ORC members get the unique opportunity to engage with seasoned professionals with decades of experience, ready to answer your questions and help you overcome challenges. We’ll also be hosting workshops and training sessions, where collaboration takes the lead. As an ORC recruiter, you won’t be competing against others; you’ll be working together with your peers to drive results.
