JOB DESCRIPTION - HEAD COACH

- Sociable and proactive

- Extensive knowledge of padel

- Experience in developing players from beginner to advanced levels

- Hardworking and punctual

- Good level of English (B1 minimum)

On-Site Interview

📅 16/04 - 22/04 📍 Sant Just Padel Club, Barcelona 🎾 1 hour lesson, 90 minutes match + 30 min chat with the CEO of the club in Denmark

Offer Conditions

- Minimum one-year contract

- Net salary: €2,100 - €2,500

- 25-30 hours of on-court coaching

- Approximately 7 hours dedicated to lesson planning, player follow-ups, etc.

- Accommodation included

- Transportation included
