The position of student advisor involves recruiting students, taking the documents from them putting them on our internal platform, and preparing them for the interview and test.

Payment is made on the basis of commission / per student. The commissions are between 350-700, they differ depending on the university where you enroll and the number of enrolled students. In addition to commissions per student, we also have some bonuses that I will mention later if you want to start working with us. Performance is always rewarded, you also have the opportunity to advance within the company and work for a salary.
There is a weekly meeting with the team leader, it usually takes place on Friday, one week in the morning and one in the afternoon, it lasts around an hour and is mandatory!
