Registration Panel Discussions »un-trouble«

On two evenings, guests from design, academia, and activism are invited to discuss pressing questions on gender, power, and space:

»pills & power« – 13 November 2025, 5:30 pm on the responsibility of design when dealing with bodies and norms.

»space & belongings« – 18 November 2025, 5:30 pm on how architecture, design,
and urban planning can create inclusive spaces for gender fluidity—beyond unisex toilets.

The evenings will be moderated by Julie Tanqueray (KISD student) and Lucy Howe (KISD alumna). An introduction will be given by Prof. em. Dr. Uta Brandes,
former KISD professor and internationally renowned pioneer in the field of Gender and Diversity, and Prof. Iris Utikal, who continues to represent and develop this field at KISD today.

Duration approx. 45-60 minutes, followed by questions from the audience.
After the talks, guests are invited to stay for music and drinks.
