Vitalist Bay is bringing together top scientists, entrepreneurs, and visionaries to accelerate breakthroughs in health and aging. We’re looking for passionate volunteers and team leads to help make this 8-week experience (April 4 – May 29, 2025) a success!
For All Volunteers:

For Team Leads:
• On-Campus Residency: Immerse yourself fully with co-working spaces and on-site housing. Team leads have campus access outside of conference weekends.
• Bonus Tickets: Receive two additional tickets to each conference to invite friends or colleagues.
Who We Are Seeking:
• Enthusiastic and responsible individuals able to commit to one or more conferences.
• Individuals passionate about longevity, health, and innovation.
Available Roles:
• Team Leads (8-week leadership role): Oversee various teams throughout the event.
• Conference Volunteers: Roles include Content Creators, VIP & Activity Team members, and Attendee & Sponsor Experience Team members.
Commitment & Flexibility:
We welcome both long-term (team leads) and event-based (volunteers) commitments. Team leads will manage teams over multiple weekends, while volunteers are expected to commit to two 7-hour shifts during specific conferences. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.
