We're seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead our financial operations. You will oversee all financial aspects of the business, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations, while working directly with c-level. Your role will involve rethinking our financial systems, ensuring compliance, and driving financial accuracy and efficiency across our operations.

You will be responsible for:

-Establishing and maintaining a system to monitor outstanding client invoices

- Cross-checking records with our China finance department

- Overseeing monthly financial operations

- Maintaining proactive communication with all accounts

- Managing/verifying our profit calculations

- Developing and maintaining internal financial controls

- Conducting expense audits and recommending improvements

- Manage / delegate comparative analysis sheets for the sales team

- Managing salary disbursements

- Managing margin calculations and maintaining pricing sheets

- Manage / delegate specific invoice amendments

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Proficiency

- Slack and WeChat for communication

- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel

- Experience with financial software (Xero) `must`

- Familiarity with ERP systems
