Terms and Conditions – Associate Registration

Please read carefully and click on the checkbox to proceed with your onboarding as an SLA Associate.

1. Non-Employment Disclaimer

Being an SLA Associate does not constitute employment, a partnership, or a joint venture. It is an independent, voluntary professional association intended for collaborative growth and project-based engagement.

2. Confidentiality & Data Sharing

Associates agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding SLA’s internal materials, client information, and proprietary content. Any sharing or reproduction of training content or client data without written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Code of Conduct

All Associates are expected to represent SLA professionally and ethically in every engagement. Misrepresentation, misconduct, or reputational harm caused to SLA may result in immediate disassociation.

4. Engagement Opportunities

Project or client engagement opportunities are subject to availability, relevance of expertise, and SLA's internal selection process. Registration as an associate does not guarantee project assignment or compensation.

5. Intellectual Property

All learning materials, presentations, assessments, tools, and content provided by or created for SLA projects remain the sole intellectual property of SLA unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Compensation & Invoicing

Compensation (if any) will be project-based, and subject to mutually agreed deliverables, timelines, and scope. Payment terms will be shared with each individual engagement.

7. Termination of Association

SLA reserves the right to remove any associate from its directory at any time without notice if terms are violated or if deemed in the best interest of the organization

8. Public Listing Consent

By registering, you consent to have your name, area of expertise, and photo (if submitted) featured on SLA’s associate directory (website or promotional collateral).

8. Legal Jurisdiction

This association and any related disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
