Roadmap 3.0 Downloads

READ EVERYTHING AND MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND BEFORE AGREEING:

Digital Link Usage Agreement

This agreement is between Changing Courses 11 LLC (“Company”) and you (“User”).

1. Link Usage: You can resell the product according to the Distribution License you agreed to earlier. However, you cannot share, distribute, or give access to the link we provide to anyone else without our written permission. All rights and limitations outlined in the Roadmap 3.0 License Agreement apply here.

2. “As Is” Copy: The course is provided “as is” and is a copy of the Roadmap 3.0. We make no warranties or representations regarding the content and are not responsible for maintaining or updating the link or its contents, as described in the License Agreement’s Limitation of Liability section.

3. Your Responsibility: You are 100% responsible for managing the resale of the product and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. As per the License Agreement, you are required to sell the product at no less than $497.00 USD and follow all ethical marketing standards.

4. Distribution of Downloads: We are not responsible for distributing the downloads to your customers. We offer this distribution service for free, as a courtesy to our community members. The sale is considered final, and there are no refunds in accordance with the License Agreement.

5. Content Included: Only content completed by Zach and Hannah of Changing Courses 11 is included in the downloadable files. All extra training is exclusively for the community and should not be distributed. The License Agreement’s prohibition against modifying or misrepresenting the product applies here.

6. No Service Obligation: We are not bound to provide any service for Roadmap 3.0 whatsoever, as described in the License Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damages, or problems related to the distribution or sharing of the link or digital downloads. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, consistent with the License Agreement.

8. Agreement to License: This agreement is governed by the license agreement you agreed to when purchasing the Roadmap Course. By using the provided link, you agree to these terms electronically.

9. Amendments: We can change this agreement at any time. Any amendments to this agreement are subject to the terms outlined in the Roadmap 3.0 License Agreement. You will be notified by email, as long as you agree to our email communications disclaimer, for any and all changes to the agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement or the product shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, as outlined in the License Agreement. You agree to waive your right to sue us in court, and any legal action shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in the State of Tennessee.

11. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the product or any breach of this agreement, in accordance with the License Agreement.

12. Electronic Signatures and Communications: By agreeing to this Digital Link Usage Agreement, you also agree to the use of electronic signatures and electronic communications as legally binding. You acknowledge that all notices, agreements, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Email Communication Disclaimer By purchasing Roadmap 3.0 and agreeing to the associated License Agreement, you consent to receive email communications from Changing Courses 11 LLC. These communications may include, but are not limited to, updates or changes to the Roadmap 3.0 product, the License Agreement, and any related terms or policies. We store your information using Tally and remain compliant with their product and services policies, which can be found at their website. We do not collect, sell, or share personal information; your data is used solely for internal purposes. At any time, you can request to review the information we have stored about you. We also use Systeme.io for email communications and ensure compliance with their terms of service and policies. We strive to adhere to all relevant regulations for email communications. If you choose to unsubscribe from our email list, Changing Courses 11 LLC is not responsible for any non-compliance or failure to adhere to updated terms or changes communicated via email. Continued use or resale of the product constitutes acceptance of the most current terms, regardless of email subscription status.
