About the Opportunity

We are looking for individuals who are eager to scale and grow our managed services vertical. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing 7-8 figure brand advertising portfolios, handling client communications, interacting with brand founders to report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and establishing internal processes from scratch. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you’ll deliver impactful results while fostering trust and long-term partnerships. We’re looking for someone proactive, data-savvy, and dedicated to helping clients succeed.

Responsibilities

1. Amazon SEO and PPC: Running PPC campaigns, conducting keyword research, and optimizing using Adbrew
2. Developing brand strategies for Amazon and executing them effectively
3. Conducting personalized customer onboarding workshops and regular connect meetings.
4. Analyzing customer behavior using qualitative and quantitative methods to gain insights into consumer behavior
5. Performing internal business reporting and analyzing performance data
6. Contributing to the product roadmap by providing feedback and requirements for new features
7. Collaborating closely with the co-founders who possess extensive experience in Amazon e-commerce

Skills & Experience Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business or a related field
2. Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
3. Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads) is desirable
5. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; familiarity with tools like Google Data Studio is a plus
6. Analytical thinker with strong strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving abilities
7. Adaptable, self-motivated team player with a creative and proactive approach to driving business growth
8. Comfortable working across multiple departments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
