Senior Environment Artist

Responsibilities
Develop high-quality 3D models and textures for various environments.
Collaborate with design and production teams to establish artistic vision and project goals.
Optimize assets for performance while maintaining visual fidelity across platforms.
Mentor junior artists and support their professional growth through feedback and guidance.
Create and maintain a consistent visual style throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new environments and assets.
Regularly provide updates on project status and deliverables to the art director.
Requirements
Proven experience as an environment artist in the gaming industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Expertise in 3D modeling software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
Proficiency in texturing tools like Substance Painter and Photoshop.
Strong knowledge of lighting techniques and rendering in game engines, particularly Unreal Engine or Unity.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate ideas effectively.
Experience with level design, including the creation of layouts and world building.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating immersive gaming experiences.
