Volunteer at The G.G.G. 2026
The G.G.G. is a community that supports the EVOLUTION of Women, and our annual gathering is at the heart of that. It is a coming together of Goddesses, from all cycles of womanhood on sacred land. Full to the brim of offerings, workshops, Ceremony, creative weaving, reclamation, earth keeping, MAGIC and Live Music.
This year's gathering - 'Time To Shine' will take place from Thursday 9th to Sunday 12th July, held within the powerful natural landscape of Ty Isa, North Wales, offering a unique environment for connection with nature, self and community.
THE ROLE OF OUR VOLUNTEERS
Our volunteers are at the heart of the gathering, supporting the practical running of the event and helping create a welcoming, safe and well-held environment for everyone who attends. Their presence helps nurture the community and supports the smooth flow of the gathering experience.
Volunteering at the GGG provides an opportunity to contribute to a large-scale gathering and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
To ensure the smooth running of the gathering, we ask all volunteers to commit to specific working hours and availability. Please read the information below carefully before applying so you fully understand what is required before applying.
This team helps prepare the land and event spaces before the gathering begins and supports the closing and restoration of the site and land afterwards. This role also includes creative preparation of spaces and contributing to the overall atmosphere of the gathering.
- Available for full days for 3 days before the gathering begins (Monday 6 July - Wednesday 8 July)
- Available for 1 full day after the gathering (Monday 13 July)
- No working shifts required during the gathering itself
This team supports the day-to-day running of the gathering during the event itself. These roles involve assisting with guest experience, supporting event operations and helping ensure the gathering runs smoothly. These roles are ideal for individuals who are organised, friendly, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team in a community environment.
- Commitment of 6 hours per day across the 4 days (Thursday 9 July - Sunday 12 July)
- Shift-based roles across different areas of the site
- Supporting the event team with practical tasks and operations
