Turnaround time is approximately two weeks.

This will vary depending on how busy we are and the size of your order.

You may leave your tapes inside our mailbox, or meet us in person at a time that works for both of us.

Order Info:

- Payment is required before you will receive your media.

- If your tape is blank, you not be charged for that tape.

- Your downloads will be available for two weeks.

- If your media is not picked up within one month, they will be disposed of.

Liability and Terms:

- We are not liable for any loss or damage of your media due to issues from the video tape

- In the event of an error or mistake, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Drop off info:

If dropping off to mailbox, please place your tapes inside a bag or envelope with your name on it. If needed, please use the provided bags inside the box. If dropping off in person, please arrange a time with us. We will contract you shortly after submitting this form.
