Role: Google Ads Specialist (Junior or Mid-Level)

📍 Remote (Canada or LATAM preferred, US-based company, international team)

⏰ EST Hours

🕚 2 - 4 Years of Experience Required

We’re looking for a paid search media buyer to join our team and play a key role in scaling our clients’ success. If you love paid search, thrive on data-driven strategy, are obsessed with the details, and have big-picture problem-solving skills, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact and join a rapidly growing performance agency.

đŸ€  Who we are

Y’all is a boutique performance creative and marketing agency. We specialize in scaling DTC CPG brands through creative strategy and media buying for paid social and paid search. While we have clients in a variety of verticals (including local lead gen), many of our clients fall into the health and wellness, or food and beverage spaces.

We’re fully remote and located across five different countries. We work hard, enjoy what we do, and take pride in delivering excellent results and superior service to our clients.

Everyone on the team takes pride in giving our clients attention and thoughtfulness unlike any other agency they’ve worked with before.

Before applying, please make sure to carefully review the job description.

đŸ«” What you'll do

- You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of select ad accounts across paid search channels for 4-6 brands and play a critical role in assisting our Head of Paid Search on other agency accounts.

- You’ll report directly to our Head of Paid Search and assist on ensuring that we deliver excellent results for our clients and provide best-in-class service.

- You’ll build, manage, and scale Google Ad campaigns with a strong focus on performance and efficiency.

- Report on weekly performance using prebuilt templates; analyze performance, test results, and recommend next steps.

- You’ll conduct deep research into new clients—competitors, customer reviews, past performance, and creative assets—to build an understanding of their landscape.

- Audit ad accounts and contribute to proposals and pitches for new business.

- Use data to tell a story: interpret results, identify trends, and share insights with clients and internal teams.

- Attend weekly client calls, assist with preparing agendas, and deliver high-level insights and action plans.

- Collaborate directly with Google reps to unlock opportunities and growth for clients.

đŸ’Ș What you’ll bring

- 3+ years of Google Ads experience managing campaigns for DTC eCommerce brands, ideally with at least $20K–$40K/month in ad spend.

- Clear and confident communicator—you’re comfortable on client calls and can explain performance insights in a way that makes sense.

- Strong analytical thinking. You’re not just reporting numbers; you understand what they mean and what to do next.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with a reliable system for keeping projects, data, and timelines on track.

- Comfortable working independently, but also a team player who collaborates and asks for support when needed.

- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Slack, and project management tools like ClickUp.

- Exposure to ad attribution tools like TripleWhale or similar is a plus.

- A natural problem solver who enjoys figuring things out and improving processes.

- Open to feedback and always looking to learn and grow.

- Willingness to work flexible hours occasionally, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

- A genuine interest in advertising, eCommerce, and doing impactful work.

- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills.

⭐ Bonus points for

- Experience working with brands in restricted categories, specifically cannabis and alcohol.

- Experience integrating AI into agency operations

- A history of working with both ecommerce and lead generation clients.

- Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
