📄 Guidelines for the 2025 Cultural Training Program in Korea

* Participants should represent their local King Sejong Institute and actively participate in the full program as selected learners.

* The training will take place from October 14 to October 20, 2025, and no early arrival or extended stay is permitted, even at one’s own expense.

* Participants should be in good physical and mental health to join all scheduled activities. Any medical conditions should be reported in advance for approval.

* The program is group-based. Personal outings and external meetings are not allowed. If a participant violates the rules, acts irresponsibly, or leaves early, they may be dismissed from the program.

* Participants are expected to respect cultural and environmental differences and follow all instructions provided by the Foundation.

* If a participant fails to attend (e.g., missing the flight) or drops out without notice, they bear full responsibility. The Foundation is not liable for any resulting issues.

* Photos, videos, and other content produced during the program may be used by the Foundation for educational and promotional purposes. (Consent form will be provided separately.)
