Survey as Part of My Bachelor's Thesis: Attitudes & Experiences with Autonomous Ridepooling Services Using MOIA as an Example

My name is Emilie and I am currently writing my bachelor's thesis in collaboration with MOIA in Hamburg on how targeted communication measures can strengthen user confidence in MOIA's autonomous ride-pooling services.

This survey is about autonomous ridepooling services like MOIA. It is about, vehicles that operate completely without a driver and transport several passengers with similar destinations together. The focus is not on traditional taxis or cars with driver assistance systems, but on autonomous vehicles that drive themselves and will take you to your destination in the future.
