Beginner - I don't have a lot of experience

Traditional Fitnesser - I love traditional fitness and just want to be able to train without injuries or restrictions holding me back

Movement Fanatic- I take my training and my body seriously. I want to gain a more functional, mobile and athletic body without restrictions.

Athlete/Extreme Performer - I practice sports as a profession and/or want to push through current plateaus by utilizing more movement modalities(spine, strength, mobility)

All-In - I'm 110% willing & able to fully invest into getting in the best physical(and mental) shape of my life!

Ready - Willing to make this work(might have some time & financial limitations which can be overcome)

Want to but limited - Want to invest but don't have time/financial recourses right now
