This survey is designed for a Master's thesis project in marketing, focusing on humour in out-of-home (OOH) advertising that appeals to residents of London. The study aims to provide marketing practitioners with valuable data on the most effective types of humour for specific demographic groups, ultimately enhancing customers' experiences.
In the survey, you'll be asked to provide anonymous personal information such as occupation, age, gender, and education level. While most of the ads are engaging and entertaining, it's important to note that a few of them may contain disturbing or anti-social elements. We kindly request that you exercise caution, particularly if children and young people are taking part in the survey.
After viewing the ads, featuring different types of humour, you will be required to answer four short questions after each set. The survey should take no more than five minutes.
Your participation in this survey contributes to improving OOH advertising and your own customer experience. Please note that once you submit your responses, they cannot be withdrawn from the answer bank. However, all data collected is anonymous and will be used solely for research purposes, being deleted six months after the survey closes.
