ROLE OVERVIEW

In this role, you’ll help design and scale our platform and developer tools, powering a wide range of AI agent workloads across industries.

- Design and build next-gen tools for efficient, reliable, and scalable AI agent development
- Improve speed, quality, and reliability of the agent codebase and engineering processes - Evaluate new LLM features and research, creating seamless cross-model interfaces
- Contribute and thrive in a fast-paced, cutting-edge startup environment - Turn research into practical features to augment agent capabilities
- Experience with AI agents, advanced tool use, MCP, and context engineering - Ability to evaluate trade-offs for scalable, efficient, and reliable agent systems - Strong proficiency in Bash, Python, or Node.js for automation and integrations - Self-driven and comfortable owning major platform components - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
