Day-to-Day Manager/ Marketing Assistant

 Location: London (Full-Time)

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and ideas-driven Day-to-Day Artist manager / Marketing Assistant to join our team and work closely with our roster of both developing and established artists including Sam Smith, Disclosure, Olivia Dean, Sienna Spiro, ZULAN, Arthur Hill and many more. The ideal candidate will combine creative flair with exceptional organisational skills and a comprehensive understanding of the music industry. You will create compelling content and manage day-to-day operations while enhancing the artists' digital presence and career strategies.

 Key Responsibilities:

 

Artist Management & Communication:

  - Act as the main point of contact for clients, checking in daily and handling requests promptly.

  - Maintain regular contact with artists via messaging platforms (iMessage, WhatsApp).

  - Represent clients in professional situations, ensuring needs are met and partnerships are maintained.

 

Social Media & Content Creation:

  - Develop, execute, and report on social media strategies tailored for each artist.

  - Create and design engaging digital content, including graphics and short-form videos, using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and/or CapCut.

  - Shoot and edit content pieces across various formats (iPhone).

  - Manage and optimise social media accounts, ensuring a distinctive online presence for each artist.

 

Project & Campaign Management:

  - Plan and implement client projects, including global music releases, brand partnerships, and international tours.

  - Execute digital initiatives and out-of-the-box ideas to create buzz around releases, including creator outreach strategies.

 

Logistics & Administration:

  - Undertake general administrative tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and contracting.

  - Conduct statistical reports and analysis using platforms like Co:Brand, Spotify for Artists and Chartmetric.

 

Community Management:

  - Oversee community management across platforms such as Discord, and WhatsApp.

  - Assist artists in effectively using social media platforms to enhance their presence.

 

About You:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in artist management, social media, or creative content roles in the music industry.

- Strong knowledge of dance music, internet culture, and expertise in engaging with diverse genres.

- Demonstrated ability to balance and organise a busy workload while managing multiple complex projects.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for developing strong connections with artists and industry partners.

- Ability to adapt quickly to challenging situations, with a natural drive to achieve desired outcomes.

- Flexibility to respond to calls and emails outside of office hours, attend events on evenings and weekends, and travel at short notice.
