Key Responsibilities:
Artist Management & Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, checking in daily and handling requests promptly.
- Maintain regular contact with artists via messaging platforms (iMessage, WhatsApp).
- Represent clients in professional situations, ensuring needs are met and partnerships are maintained.
Social Media & Content Creation:
- Develop, execute, and report on social media strategies tailored for each artist.
- Create and design engaging digital content, including graphics and short-form videos, using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and/or CapCut.
- Shoot and edit content pieces across various formats (iPhone).
- Manage and optimise social media accounts, ensuring a distinctive online presence for each artist.
Project & Campaign Management:
- Plan and implement client projects, including global music releases, brand partnerships, and international tours.
- Execute digital initiatives and out-of-the-box ideas to create buzz around releases, including creator outreach strategies.
Logistics & Administration:
- Undertake general administrative tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and contracting.
- Conduct statistical reports and analysis using platforms like Co:Brand, Spotify for Artists and Chartmetric.
Community Management:
- Oversee community management across platforms such as Discord, and WhatsApp.
- Assist artists in effectively using social media platforms to enhance their presence.
About You:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in artist management, social media, or creative content roles in the music industry.
- Strong knowledge of dance music, internet culture, and expertise in engaging with diverse genres.
- Demonstrated ability to balance and organise a busy workload while managing multiple complex projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for developing strong connections with artists and industry partners.
- Ability to adapt quickly to challenging situations, with a natural drive to achieve desired outcomes.
- Flexibility to respond to calls and emails outside of office hours, attend events on evenings and weekends, and travel at short notice.
