The role reports directly to the COO and works closely with a renowned billionaire investor, driving the strategic evolution of the People function across North America's leading appliance repair business. The company recently modernized its tech stack, embedding AI throughout its operations.
You'll lead high-impact initiatives to modernize People practices using cutting-edge HR technology, analytics, automation, and AI solutions. This role offers significant career and financial upside, with a proven track record of rapidly accelerating top performers into broader executive responsibilities across the company's extensive portfolio.
The ideal candidate is currently leading a People or Talent function at a fast-growing startup and has a background in professional services (management consulting or investment banking).
