Pre-Interview Survey on Taxi Use Experience

Hello! I am currently studying Industrial Design at Kyung Hee University.
I’m conducting a user experience design project focused on creating an interface that helps passengers express emotions and communicate their needs during driverless taxi rides.

This is a short pre-survey to help select participants for a follow-up interview.
⏲️ : 2–3 minutes
💬 : Selected participants will be invited to a 1:1 remote interview (about 15–20 minutes) and will receive a small token of appreciation.

All responses will remain anonymous and will be used for research purposes only.
