Verified creator profiles gain increased visibility, credibility, and will gain access to exclusive features and promotions on EXA Market later on.

Who is eligible to profile verification?

Creators who actively participate in our community and contribute to the Algorand NFT ecosystem are eligible to apply for profile verification. Your application will be submitted for verification to the EXA team. Here are the main criteria for eligibility:
- Being considered as a Creator from the Algorand Community, - Having at least 1 NFT collection on exa.market, - Having at least 100 followers either on at least 1 social media.

What if I own several creator wallet addresses?

Each creator wallet address requires a separate verification process. If you own multiple creator wallets, you'll need to apply for verification for each one individually.

What if I own several collections?

All collections created by the creator address which is applying will automatically get verified once the wallet address is verified. However, if you created several collections under several creator wallets, then you'll need to apply for each one individually. Indeed, each creator wallet address requires a separate verification process.

Is the verification retroactive?

Yes. If you're verified, all your past and future creations will be marked as verified on EXA Market.

How much does it cost to get verified and how long does it last?

A service fee of $5 USDC is required to get you verified. This fee helps maintain the integrity and quality of our verified community. This amount is to be sent to examarket.algo. There is no time limit for being verified; if you purchase it now, you will be verified forever and won't be asked to renew it.

How long does it take to get verified?

It may takes up to 10 working days to come back to you after submitted your application. If you need help, you can reach out to [email protected].

Is there a retraction period?

Upon submitting your application, we'll promptly review it and engage in further discussion with you. Before receiving our API key, you retain the option to retract your application, and we will issue a refund accordingly.

What if my profile is not eligible for verification?

The EXA team will curate the profiles, and if your profile is not eligible, the funds will be reverted to the same address you used to send the fees.
However, once you have received our API key, the option for a refund is no longer available.
Please make sure you provide a correct email address to facilitate communication regarding your application.
EXA Market reserves the right to revoke verification without reimbursement under the following conditions:
- Inappropriate Content generated by the user;
- Misconduct or aggression towards a member of the team or the community;
- False identity;
- Inactivity on the platform for a period of one year;
- Terms & conditions violations;
- Fraudulent or malicious activity;
- Compromise of community integrity;
- Any other conditions that EXA Market deems necessary to protect the platform and its community. These actions are at the sole discretion of EXA Market and are non-negotiable.
