This form is used to request for the replacement of an underfloor heating panel where a fault has occurred due to a manufacturing defect, or electrical or mechanical breakdown .

This warranty does not cover the supply or replacement of the heating panel itself. It covers the labour only , provided by an approved engineer, to replace a faulty panel once a replacement panel has been supplied.

If your claim relates to ancillary products (e.g. thermostats, sensors, transformers), please use the ancillary products claims form instead.
