Your personal advice letter

I get a lot of DMs asking for advice or perspective on relationships and breakups. I totally appreciate that 1:1 coaching isn’t for everyone, but that most of us still want to feel heard, to get personalised guidance, and to have someone outside the situation offer clarity.
So, I've designed this to help!
Tell me below what you’re struggling with, and I’ll personally write you a detailed response (at least one A4 page). I’ll share perspective, guidance, and draw on some of the coaching techniques I’d use in a 1:1 session. If it’s relevant to your question, I’ll also include a coaching exercise you can do at home - this is included in addition to the letter and doesn't replace the response.

This should be perfect for you if:

- 1:1 coaching doesn’t feel right/affordable, but you still want an external perspective.

- You’d like something you can re-read whenever you feel low and to feel that someone out there is really hearing and understanding you.

- You’ve been using ChatGPT or watching a lot of TikTok videos and want something written  specifically for you, not something generic/AI (talking to a computer feels lonely for a reason!).

The more detail you share here, the more specific and helpful I can be. Everything you share is 100% confidential and will never be shared anywhere else.

Once I receive your form, you’ll get your letter within 48 hours, sent directly to the email you provide below. When you submit your form, you will be directed to Stripe for payment. Price: £15 per letter.
