Blurb: A hunch was all it took to send Deia Stokes back packing to Peachwood, the hometown she swore never to return to. It was the last thing she expected nor wanted. But after her husband fails to squash her suspicions about him and his attractive trainee, Deia decides they need space. Nevermind that she’s four months pregnant, or can’t remember the last time she answered her mom’s calls, and has no clue what her next move will be.
Arcs will begin to roll out on August 22nd. YMLE releases widely on the September 5th. If you aren't able to review before the 5th, you can still sign up and review when you're able to. While I would love to see reviews before release day, I would be happy to see them come in after the fact too.
I will not check to see if you reviewed or look to see if your review was positive or negative. I stay out of readers' spaces so please don't worry about that.
The book follows the romantic relationship between two women, one of whom is disabled. It also explores themes of emotional abuse from a parent, religious trauma, pregnancy, references to past bullying, cheating (not between the leads), references to past intimate partner violence, and consensual intimate scenes. If any of this makes you uncomfortable, please don't sign up.
