The campaign is open to customers who own any brand of old pool cleaning robot. Participation requires submitting a completed Upgrade Request Form, including:
- A clear photo of the old device or valid purchase proof (e.g., invoice).
- Select one model you want to purchase.
🔹 Discount Code Delivery
After submission, our team will review the form within 1 business day. If the information is valid, a personalized discount code will be sent via email. Only one discount code will be issued per eligible submission.
🔹 Discount Code Validity
The code is only valid for the selected product chosen in the form. Each code is single-use and cannot be transferred or combined with other promotions. Validity period is 30 days from the date of issue.

Make sure your email address is correct, as the discount will be sent there. The photo must clearly show the device (not just the packaging). For faster processing, avoid submitting blurry or incomplete information.
