Winter Wonderland 2024 Contract

Thank you for agreeing to sponsor a tree for the Winter Wonderland fundraiser. The following contract allows us to know your preferences for your tree and share important information with you.

Sponsorship Details

Sponsorship includes one 7.5 feet fir tree with multi colour micro-dots lights.

The theme should reflect a winter festival, and can display the corporation’s products and services, and show the company logo.

Sponsor can use their own decoration team or request the Winter Wonderland organizing committee to decorate the tree.

Decoration on location starts on November 19, 2024 at 11:00 am and must be completed by 6:00 pm on the same day.

A placement card will be affixed in front of each tree to display the sponsor’s name.

Four representatives from your company will be invited to attend the opening ceremony at Richmond City Hall. There will be a short musical performance. The Mayor, City Councillors, MP, MLA, City Staff and guests will be invited to officiate the tree lighting ceremony.
