Start by writing down a situation that would make anyone anxious.

2. You stand up to give a really important presentation and everyone is looking at you.
3. It's 2 AM, you're home alone, and you start to hear some strange noises outside.
4. You get a text from your bank warning you of potential fraudulent activity.
5. You get an email from your boss that says "Can we talk for a moment?"
