Middle/Middle+ Web designer application
We're
Div Block Studio — We support marketing and user acquisition teams in Fintech companies with rapid websites creation and communication design.
Now, we are looking for you, a Middle/Middle+ Web designer, to join our team on a per-project basis at the start, with the potential to transition to monthly contract engagement.
You will be creating multi-page websites and landing pages for startups and mid-sized companies from scratch.
✦ Have at least 2 years of experience in web design
✦ Respect a honest and transparent communication
✦ Experienced Figma user (auto layouts, components, variants, style guides, etc)
✦ Have strong visual design skills
✦ Able to communicate design concepts, ideas, and feedback to clients and team
✦ Can handle execution and prioritize your own work
✦ Able to estimate turnaround time per task and meet deadlines
✦ Able to understand the needs and preferences of different types of clients, empathizing with their business and personal objectives;
✦ Able to work on a variety of projects (2 max) simultaneously
✦ Can take responsibility and ownership for project
✦ Able to set and meet deadlines;
✦ A team player we can rely on
✦ Developed websites using Webflow
✦ Familiar with AI tools like Midjourney, Runwayml, ChatGPT, Gemini, DALL-E
✦ Able to communicate in English both verbally and via text
✦ Familiar with Web development
✦ Have a sense of humor 😱
✦ Can create 2D or 3D graphics
✦ Salary in USD (or RUB tied to the USD exchange rate on payout date)
✦ 12 paid days off per year
✦ Mentoring by Art-Director (ex- red_mad_robot)
✦ Support if you want to learn Webflow
✦ Flexbile workday start hours (the team usually starts at 9-11am)
