Each family member is limited to one ticket.
After submitting this form, you must visit the Garfield Recreation Center at 480 Midland Avenue with a valid photo ID showing your Garfield address to claim your ticket. Tickets will be available for pickup between August 25 and September 5 and are valid for one day admission only.
The pass covers gate admission only; rides, food, and games are sold separately. If you attend on other days or do not obtain a ticket, gate admission is $5 per person.
You must be 18 years of age or older to pick up tickets.
