Position Overview: The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage restaurant staff, and maintain operational standards aligned with the Hilton Garden Inn brand.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and budgeting.
Address guest feedback promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Implement Hilton Garden Inn brand standards and procedures.
Coordinate with culinary staff to maintain menu quality and consistency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
3 years of restaurant management experience in hospitality.
Previous experience in Hilton-branded properties preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service.
