Canada-US-Israel: HR Bridge Project Overview

The Canada-US-Israel: HR Bridge Project aims to create a collaborative platform for HR and recruitment leaders and practitioners from Israel, Canada, and the United States, alongside Israeli HR tech companies. This initiative will foster skill development, knowledge sharing, community and networking within the Israeli HR and recruitment community. A delegation of HR and Recruitment leaders from Canada and the United States will travel to Israel in May 2025 (estimated timeframe). The key activities will include workshops, seminars, think tanks, networking, collaborative research and experiential events.

This short questionnaire aims to obtain insights from the Israeli HR/Recruitment Community members on where their skill gaps are, preferred structures for engagement (e.g. workshops) and how we can maximize value from this project for the community.
