Mental Health Support in North East Essex

Have you experienced a mental health crisis or ever thought about taking your own life? Healthwatch Essex are looking to hear about your experiences of getting support in North East Essex.

We are writing a report about the journey of getting help when struggling with a mental health crisis or suicidal ideation, the challenges faced, and hopefully highlight what can be done better leading to positive changes.
Healthwatch Essex may use quotations from this survey in our final report but they will be attributed to an anonymous resident from one of the locations below (please select). Any additional information provided that could identify you will be removed before submission of the report.
