We are seeking a Part-Time Accountant to manage the financial reporting and compliance needs of a sole proprietorship. This role is responsible for preparing Financial Statements, Profit and Loss Reports, and Balance Sheets, as well as generating ad hoc reports required for business permits and regulatory compliance. Given the small volume of transactions—approximately 10-20 accounts payable (AP) transactions and 10-15 accounts receivable (AR) transactions per month—the ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced in small business accounting.
