Coastal Lives Foundation GP Appointment Booking Survey

Recently, many GP surgeries in Tendring have switched to online booking systems (such as Accurx). SUMMIT would like to hear your views on this change and understand how it has affected your experience of booking GP appointments. This short survey includes a few questions. You’re welcome to share as much detail as you’d like, and you can skip any questions you prefer not to answer. This project is completely independent and self-funded, which means there’s no outside influences or conflicts of interest. Your responses will help SUMMIT create a report that reflects the experiences of local people and guide the development and funding of future SUMMIT services to better support the community in accessing their GP. We may include quotes from your answers in our final report, but any personal information that could identify you will be removed before publication. Any quotes that appear will be attributed to an anonymous participant. For more information on how we use and share information, please see our Privacy Policy or contact us at [email protected] or call 01255 429778. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
