Inter Hospital Transfer Guideline: District General Hospital Staff Evaluation Survey

The South Thames Paediatric Network (STPN) works across 19 Trusts in the South region covering South London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex. We work with hospitals and staff across the region to ensure that all children in the region have equal access to excellent care.
We would like to know about your experiences of using the Inter Hospital Transfer Guidance, so would be grateful for your help in completion of this short survey in regards to transfers you have been involved with. We want to ensure that the guidelines are being used and are helping promote the safe transfer of patients across the region.
