As a mentor, you'll play a crucial role in guiding startups and early-stage companies through the complexities of the sector. You'll provide strategic advice, share your knowledge of the sector and help projects overcome challenges, fostering growth and innovation. You'll use your expertise to connect your team with key resources, networks and potential partners, while offering practical solutions and feedback to refine business models and technologies.
What we ask is that you make yourself available for minimum 2 hours each month to provide ongoing support, enabling you to keep in touch with the progress of the startups and provide timely advice. This ongoing mentoring is essential to help companies grow and succeed in the highly competitive aerospace and defence sectors.
