The yoga practice is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. If you’re pregnant or have any injuries, – we’ll gently adapt the exercises to your needs.

No writing experience is needed – just bring your curiosity and openness. Through simple prompts, you’ll rediscover the joy of writing and experience a deep connection to your body and inner world.
