Blend Model Application

We're on the lookout for 5-10 new models every week to participate in our training, content, and education programs! Our services are performed by some of the most talented and passionate licensed stylists, and all the work is completed under the guidance of our senior stylists and educators.

We’re seeking kind, camera-friendly individuals who are happy to trade time for high-end services. Ideal models are:

-Want to be photographed and filmed before and after

-Willing to wear two different outfits for content purposes

-Comfortable with services being completed at specific appointment times

-Flexible and open to stylists performing specific techniques for certification purposes

Please note: if you have very specific goals or non-negotiable preferences, we kindly recommend booking as a regular guest so we can tailor the experience completely to you.

Time Commitment + Expectations

We treat our models like VIP guests, and we want you to have an incredible experience — but please know:

-You must be available for the full duration of the appointment.

-You may not leave mid-service, as all services must be completed thoroughly and to our standard.

-You’ll receive your appointment time and expectations in advance so you can plan accordingly.

Services may take longer than standard appointments since this is part of training and education.

Tipping is appreciated — our stylists are not receiving commission for model services.

In order to be a hair model, we need some photos to keep on file that shows your current color, length and thickness.

One photo from the side (optional but helpful)

Hair must be clean, dry, and in natural light No filters or hats, please

Tip: Have a friend take them, use a self-timer or shoot looking into a mirror for best results!

Ongoing Model Opportunities
We LOVE our repeat models! You are welcome to model regularly and continue receiving at-cost services. Or, if you find a stylist you adore, you can always transition into being their client and support their career directly. It’s all about the right fit — and we love when our clients find their person!

Our level-up system is extensive and must be completed on live models, not mannequin heads. Your participation is a huge part of a stylist’s growth!
We will always strive to make you feel beautiful, but sometimes, we need to perform a very specific service for our checklist. Flexibility is key.
